MEET THE CHEFS

Taylor Currie-Bishop discovered her love for the Culinary Arts at the young age of 9 years old. Taylor was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She attended Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management in 2017.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Taylor held an internship at the Carolina Panthers stadium and catered for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. In 2018, Taylor established her catering company “Chef’s Kitchen Catering”. In 2020, she opened her first restaurant, “Chef’s Kitchen”.

A year later, she opened a second location. Both in Charlotte, NC. Taylor’s goal was to always establish a restaurant in her hometown. She made her move back to Buffalo, NY in 2024 to bring her knowledge and love of Culinary Arts to the City of Good Neighbors.
